Project: Verveno
Project Overview
Verveno is a chemical-free water that boasts clinically proven ingredients, aimed at boosting both cognitive and immune functions. Its organic composition contains an impressive amount of active antioxidants, surpassing that of any other beverage. Challenges
- The primary challenge was to create a website that effectively communicated the product’s unique selling proposition and health benefits to potential customers.
- Another challenge was to establish trust with customers who may be hesitant to try a new health drink brand.
Starting Points
To address these challenges, I started by conducting research on Verveno’s ingredients and health benefits, as well as its competitors in the health drink industry. I also reviewed the existing Verveno website to understand its strengths and weaknesses.
Persona's
Assumptions
Based on my research, I assumed that providing transparent information about Verveno’s ingredients and health benefits, as well as emphasizing the product’s unique selling proposition, would help establish trust with potential customers and increase sales. I also assumed that by creating a user-friendly website with engaging visuals and clear calls-to-action, users would be more likely to engage with the content and make a purchase.
User Testing & Observation
To test my assumptions, I conducted user testing and observation using a prototype of the redesigned website. I observed users as they interacted with the website and solicited feedback on the website’s usability, visual appeal, and the effectiveness of the product information. Based on the feedback, I made iterative changes to the design.
Wireframes
I developed an information architecture that clearly communicated Verveno’s unique selling proposition and health benefits. The design included a prominent hero section with engaging visuals, clear calls to action, and transparent information about the product’s ingredients and health benefits. The information architecture also included clear navigation that made it easy for users to find information about the product and make a purchase. Additionally, add user reviews and feedback to the website to establish trust with potential customers
Using the information architecture as a guide, I created wireframes that emphasized Verveno’s unique selling proposition and provided transparent information about the product.
Design System
The design system included a colour palette and typography that aligned with the product’s branding, as well as engaging visuals that communicated the health benefits of the drink.

Reflection and Future Effort
By prioritizing transparency and clear communication about the product, I was able to create a website that effectively communicated Verveno’s unique selling proposition and health benefits to potential customers. The iterative design process and user testing and observation allowed me to create a user-friendly website that aligned with the needs and preferences of Verveno’s target audience.
Moving forward, I recommended that Verveno continue to prioritize transparency and clear communication about its ingredients and health benefits. Additionally, I suggested conducting further user testing and observation to refine the website’s design and improve its usability. I also recommended that Verveno offer a subscription service that would allow customers to receive the product on a regular basis and save on shipping costs.
